How to get a registration

To get an on line registration please visit the registration on-line area. It is possible also to download a printable registration form to send by fax or email to the Technical secretariat if preferred (please use just one method). It is advised to make the hotel reservation together with the registration (there are special offers for congress attendees in the selected hotels showed in the list. Please visit the hotel reservation area on-line or download the printable hotel reservation form (in this last option to be sent to the technical secretariat as indicated).

Registration fees

The registration fee covers:

• Wellcome cocktail (La Magdalena Palace)
• Access to the Scientific Sessions and Exhibition
• Congress material and documentation
• Coffee breaks (5) , working lunches (3), and gala dinner
• Common leisure program
• Insurance (accident, assistence and civil responsability) (see conditions and coverage in the General Information Area)

The registration fee for accompanying persons covers:

• Gala dinner
• Specific leisure program (please visit the Acompanying persons program)
• Insurance (see conditions and coverage in the General Information Area)
